Earlier in the season I would have thought that the burning question this week wold be whether the Bears could catch the Wildcats looking past them towards NAU, but no such luck for Northern Colorado.

I like the workmanlike and gracious leadership on this team, and have not noticed the lads getting too full of themselves. I sure hope I am right, and that they are keeping their heads on straight!

The stingy Bear defense will be good preparation for Northern Arizona, though. The Wildcat offense continues to be stellar, with a balanced attack and a multitude of offensive weapons to choose from.

The defense continues to step up and improve every week. With more consistency...

If only the special teams would wake up! They will have to avoid making so many mistakes if we are to prevail against the better teams!

The most pressing poll question this week is, I think, how many fans can we get to Saturday's game, for a home team that SHOULD be ranked #2 in the FCS?

I agree, our team wont overlook UNC since almost everybody looks good in the 'Sky this year and we know the Bears can put up points.

I think over 8,000 for the game. Game time is supposed to be sunny and 65 degrees. A great day for late October football in Utah.

If the Standard does some good coverage on the team this week and great whether I think we can get over 10,000.

We had clost to 9,000 against DII Dixie.

On www.weberstatesports.com you can get 2 for 1 ticket vouchers for the upcoming game against UNC-Bears. So now with cheap tickets you can buy there is NO excuses for not coming to the game.
Dear Students, get your A## TO THE FREAKING GAME!!

The students need to be reminded that there is a game. Maybe we need to bring back or create traditions for home football games that gets the student body involved. Oh, this weekend is Fall Break... Thats not going to help attendance.

Today at the Coaches lunch, Coach Mac pleaded for everyone to bring their friends, family, neighbors, the people in your wards, whoever. He wants to see this place packed. WSU is ranked #18 in the nation get to the freakin games. If you are a student and don't go to the game, feel free to send me a note and tell me why you didn't come and then I will come over and knock some sense into you. Seriously, I am SICK OF THE LACK OF SUPPORT especially from the students.
GET TO THE FREAKING GAME, AND BRING 5 FRIENDS WITH YOU!!

I plan on bringing about ten people to this game. I hope that we get some good advertising from the standard getting people out to the game. But i suspect that it should be a good crowd.
