Tonight couldn't come soon enough for me. I don't care who the opponent is. I always enjoy the beginning of a new season and I'm really looking forward to this one. One sentence caught my eye from the Bengal website, a quote from Coach Evans: "We're being positive with the guys and they in turn are being positive with each other and with the coaches." I'll take a Venti dose of that with my coffee this morning.

Bill, hopefully in the future our men's BB and football teams can turn things around whereby we can start winning. And more and more people from the IF area, as well as Blackfoot and other cities in SE Idaho, would be interested in coming down for the games. I would think that we could turn things around quicker in basketball since there's not as many players as there is for football, and Evans as already recruited several players from the JC ranks to come in and help out for this season.
