• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

I was able to watch the game tonight against the University of British Columbia on their website. The eags won 77-74 and won 87-70 last night. Several of the new players look very impressive. I understand they are not playing Division I teams, they still seem to be getting off to a good start. Justin Crosgile (26 pts. tonight), Ivan Dorsey, and Thomas Reuter seemed to play especially well. I wasn't able to find the box score for last nights victory but Thompson Rivers University sites article, stated Collin Chiverton led the way with 22 pts. Even though it's football season, I'm pumped for the basketball teams season too. With four games remaining on their Canada trip, the new guys will have even more time to gel together before the fall season begins. I also noticed there is a new player in the lineup (Garrett Moon 6-5 wing JC from San Francisco City College.) He didn't play much, but seems athletic and hustles hard. The two australian players didn't appear to make the trip as well as Jeffrey Forbes. If anyone has any information regarding why those three players didn't make the trip I would appreciate it. GO EAGS!

its my understanding that the two australians are not on campus yet and forbes is no longer with the program, but not sure on the last one, just what i have heard through the grapevine.

This can be updated to 4 - 0! Great start ;) Pity there is no box score for the close one against UFV.
EWU 24 21 14 25 = 84
UFV 14 21 23 21 = 79
Top Scorers: EWU: Jois 18 points/ UFV: Blackman 30 points
Team Rebounds: EWU: 13+25=38/ UFV: 15+20=35
Go Eags

Wow, they have won all 6 games :o
NCAA allow one tour every 4 years preseason like this. Th maximum is six games. Great opportunity for the coach to see how the blend of newcomers and existing players will meld. Hayford certainly knows what he is doing
Go eags
