#20 Sac State @ WSU - Predictions

Hornets- 17

We need to start playing some defense, and I think we start playing a little more during this game. This game could go either way, Sac will be mad coming off thier performance against a good SUU team. I hope Weber is just as mad at thier second half performance against USU

Anybody who thinks this is an easy win for Weber is on something

Anybody want some revenge for last year?

Cant wait to watch Weber play on the new turf and hope we get a good turnout for hopefully our first win of the season.

Sac defense isn't what it used to be. Ours is slightly improved... I think.

Weber- 31
Sac- 14

Steady dose of the rushing game from both teams. Game is 17-14 at the end of the 4th. Our O-Line/RB by committee is better and wears Sac down in the 4th quarter. Altitude factors affect Cali players.

Let's just win, baby - even by 1 point! Possibly the most important game of the year - can we recover from an absolute beat down in the second half - did it p*ss 'em off/fire 'em up, or did it knock the confidence out of a team that had a bunch of swagger going into Wyoming. Black unis, and first game on new turf - gotta win this one - period.

I am guessing that the whole team will be playing pissed off. I am sure that practice was not very fun on Sunday, Monday, and will not be fun the rest of the week. WSU 27 Sac 14.

Hi guys, Aggie here. I was looking to get a few tickets to your game this week. Could you help me out and pass the along some tips for me? Where to buy tickets? Where to park? Recommended eating before the game? I live in the general Ogden area now, but don't know it as well as I should. Thanks!

WSU - 31
SAC - 20

Your shifty RB's will give them some trouble.

the others can make recommendations but another question to find out is discount tkts. either look in the paper or on the wsu athletics site unless someone else knows but almost every home game you can find discount tkts or some type of promo.

Yes the standard Examiner has a coupon I believe, I remember seeing it last week before our game vs USU. Anyway its still pretty cheep to get tickets, its 10 bucks to sit on the east side.

Welcome to the board TrueBlue, dont be a stranger.

Go to the website, weberstatesports.com or go to the ticket office in the Dee Events Center. Enter the Dee parking lot from Harrison. The place to eat before the game is Ligoris. Awesome pizza or meatball sandwiches. The pasta is also great. Go early and park in the parking lot on the north end of the stadium. It is free to park. If you want further info, you can PM me and I will help out where I can. :-D

I'm not 100% right now, but there might be a tailgate going on. If one happens it'll be in the North Parking lot. You are always welcome to come chill.

As for the Games!! I'm going with Weber and it won't be close.

As much as I would like to see Weber beat Sac handily, I dont see it happening. I see us winning, but not by much. Which dont matter, only the W matters

It's family night so there is a ticket package for 6 tickets for 25.00 (I think, watch the Standard Examiner for the coupon) there are also fireworks after the game.

I believe you have one in Logan, but you can't go wrong with The Pie Pizzeria. More of a post-game dining experience for us though. The Student Alumni Association is putting together a tailgate that is free for members and a nominal fee for non-members...but as previously stated, I bet some people from this forum will be throwing some brats on the grill as well.

Welcome to the board thewaterboy, Its great to see fans of other teams on our board.

Although I think the game will be closer than that.

I can see a shootout at the Stewart Stadium on Saturday. Like the PSU game last year.

Weber St. 45
Sac St. 42

after last week's loss, or butt whooping, i expect the 'Cats to come out with a purpose. Sac State is no roll over, so i look for a hard fought battle in the trenches....and we should have the edge there.

let's bless the new turf with a W.....

GO 'CATS

TrueBlue,

also you can park at the Dee Events Center if you don't arrive early enough to park close. you can take the bus to Stewart Stadium.

for me Pie is #1, schools Ligoris though SMj does not approve of me dis'ing his favorite eatery. :thumb: there is also a jimmyjohns across from campus, i like to go there and bring it in to the game if i dont tailgate.

have you been to stewart stadium before or has it been a few yrs? there are a lot of upgrades since we got Mac.

wsu 42

If your going to sneak food into the game go with a meatball sandwich from Ligori's, damn good stuff.
But as far as the game goes, Suck St has never won in Ogden and I certainly don't think that's going to change anytime soon. Plus WSU should be pissed off about getting curb stomped last week, and also the fact that they didn't even bother getting on the plane to play @ Suck St last year.
Wildcats win BIG 48
