When was the last time a Pac 10 team (men's or women's) set foot in the Stott Center?

Western Oregon and Lewis & Clark are not D1 schools. Why are we playing them? This needs to stop. Why not start a series with Seattle? They are making the move up to D1 and both coaches, coached against each other in the Pac-10.

my guess is cost savings...local schools? where is Lewis and Clark anyway?; but I agree stop playing non-D1 schools, that's just a waste of time for the most part or to pad stats in the W/L columns...we played SU last season, it was a competitive game.

I agree. Western Oregon maybe - they're DII. But Lewis and Clark?? Not to insult but they're only a step up from high school. I have to assume it's the travel cost; Western is a 45 min. bus ride, and L and C is on the hill just above PSU. And playing locals helps local recruiting. I suppose it's an easy scrimmage to give freshmen some playing time. but even so....My guess is that they won't do it again.

I would take playing Portland, Oregon or OSU twice, even on the road, during the season instead of the Western Oregon and Lewis and Clark.
