Facebook: The Big Sky Conference All-Conference Football Team will be released Tuesday in the A.M. Maybe if you're nice, we'll tell our Facebook fans the individual award winners before anyone else knows.

Offense:

Toone - what can you say,
Mucher - big anchor in the middle,
Orma - held his position well
Higgins - not as strong as last year, but we're in the playoffs,
Smith - still came out close to the top for rushing, and we're in the playoffs

Defense:

Linehan- pretty steady all season,
Morris- lockdown all season,
Hadley- consistent both on and off the field,
Eastman- if he wasn't hurt with the illegal chop blocks, his stats for when he played are nuts. Big difference when he is in the game.....

although we didn't end up co champs, we had a tough schedule, the only REAL loss was Montana, we beat ourselves in the other 3, and the only STUPID loss was Montana State.....

Of ou 7 1st teamers selected many were also expecting to see Cody, Cam & The Beast on that list. Due to injuries it was nice to see Cody & Beast on the list.

QBs:

3 of the top 10 QBs in the nation were in the Big Sky, would have been 4 had PSU's Huebel not had half his season screwed due to injury.

As for Cam, most likely between the picks being more than last yr and the other 2 being seniors he didn't make the first or 2nd team. All 3 had an amazing year. No matter who they selected 1 QB would have been shafted.

2 of the 3 will get so showcase their skills in the post season for us all to see!

I agree, but we still have more games to play. Long season for Cody and The Beast, but they'll be back. I think with Cody out for most of the season, it made it tough on Higgins.... And The Beast.... still able to be awarded Player of The Week against EWU. Maybe he'll have another 'coming out' party on Saturday from this last 3 week layoff.

Good to see the other DT Maiah getting some love as a TRUE FRESHMAN, just like The Beast did last year!

Let's go get the W on Saturday!!!

Of all the new faces in the starting line up this year, I gotta say Taylor Sedillo is a damn exciting player. Lots of energy, hits real hard. I have enjoyed watching him play. Congrats to all WSU players and coaches. Good luck this weekend.

i agree, despite giving the Montana crowd 'the finger' before half time, he does play with a lot of energy! just has to focus that anger on to the field, in a controlled rage!

Ha! I like him even more now. He'll learn.
