Sat, Sep 03 at Wyoming at Laramie, WY W If WSU will ever win against a FBS team, this is a great chance. Wyoming had a lot of players transfer out plus they only won 3 games last year. GO CATS!!!

Sat, Sep 10 at Utah State at Logan, UT L I hope I'm wrong on this one but I just dont see WSU winning 2 FBS games in the same season.

Sat, Sep 17 Sacramento State * Ogden, UT W WSU owns Sac in Ogden, in football and Basketball

Sat, Sep 24 at Northern Colorado * at Greeley, CO W UNC has an unproven new head Coach, their QB is very good but he doesn't have much help.

Sat, Oct 01 at Eastern Washington * at Cheney, WA L EWU is undefeated on their Red Rag, with alot of guys back from National Championship team.

Sat, Oct 15 Idaho State * Ogden, UT W ISU is WSU's little biotch in every way possible. :rofl:

Sat, Oct 22 Southern Utah Ogden, UT W A good rivalry that will only continue to get better.

Sat, Oct 29 at Montana * at Missoula, MT L Griz own WSU in Missoula hno:

Sat, Nov 05 Montana State * Ogden, UT L MSU has a ton of talent and seem to be a very tough match up for WSU.

Sat, Nov 12 Northern Arizona * Ogden, UT W Snow Bowl Part 2? I hope so. :nod:

Sat, Nov 19 at Portland State * at Portland, OR W PSU has a history of only playing the first half of the year, wont change this year.

WSU goes 7-4 in somewhat of a rebuilding year. :thumb:

I think they meant as long as we beat Utah State, they'll be happy. I agree. Although if we beat Utah State we'll probably win a lot more games this year. I think we're the darkhorse this year, with a lot of unknowns, but I see the talent.

Sacramento State- W 42-21 (suprising blowout)
@ Northern Colorado- W 31-29 (yet another narrow escape by Weber and more F you's by Gobears)
@ Eastern Washington- L 54-45 (Eastern outlasts Weber State comeback)
Idaho State- W 41- 20 (the bengals will be good.........eventually)
Southern Utah- W 34-31 (The Civil War starts off with a bang......no pun intended)
@ Montana- L 28-27 (Montana wins on last second field goal)
Montana State- W (Weber came close to sending this game into overtime in Bozeman, WildCats win in Ogden)
Northern Arizona- W 42-17 (another suprising and unexpected blowout)

love the 8-3, but i really think that they have the talent to make the playoffs, just have to stay healthy, and one play at a time..... GO CATS

I see the point. It wasn't a 'one game at a time' thing for me. However, if we get off to a good start like that, the rest of the season could be outstanding. If we win at Wyoming, I can see us going 9 - 2. If we loose, it might be 7 - 4. Our team looks to be improved in a lot of ways. We just have to start right and finish right. In the last few years we have owned EWU in Cheney and we have played well in Misula. We are realy close to pushing it over the top. The kids and the coaches just have to believe.

I totally agree with you regarding the coaches and the players; they have the ingredients, but every person wearing purple and white on the field have to be on the same page with the same agenda.....one snap and clear, focus and execution. this season has the potential to be a barn burner, but it comes down to the players having 100% buy in for the team..... no prima donnas, no head cases, no temper tantrums....just balls to the walls effort, and leave EVERYTHING on the field......

Although I said 6-5, I really do think that this team can be really good. Defense should be pretty dang good, and the O line is solid. I think the difference between being good and being great will depend on how the skill positions perform (they basically lost everyone from these positions). But the Sky this year will be tough as hell. The best conference in FCS. Montana will be good as usual, national champ E Wash returns almost everyone except TJ, and Montana St returns a lot and will be very good. And don't count out Sac St. Considering how hard the schedule is, I would be very happy with 7 or more wins.

Dude, I like your enthusiasm, but how about waiting until they actually play a game before saying "things are looking great." It's only March and your coach has been on the job for like 4 months. You sound like UNC hoops fans calling their team the next Gonzaga.
