2012 Attendance

Winning a few games has had a nice impact on the attendance figures thus far. Through three games Sac is averaging slightly over 10k per game (#31 in FCS and #3 in BSC). Last year we average 9,500 per game, which included 13k for Davis (attendance ranking was #38 in FCS and #3 in BSC behind the Montana's). With Cal Poly and Montana St still on the schedule, there is a remote chance that we can average almost 12k per game. That would be a huge number considering the Causeway is at Davis this year.

Northern Colorado: 7,400
North Dakota: 10,700
Weber State: 12,100
Cal Poly (estimate): 13,500
Montana St (estimat3): 12,000 - This may be a stretch.

Average Attendance: 11,140!! :clap:

Attendance has been solid all year. Part of it has to be the team's performance, but some of it is due to the 6:05 start time. I think the Northern Colorado game, (coming off the Colorado win) would have drawn several thousand more if it been played at night instead of during the afternoon heat. Our attendance looks great compared to some of the BSC "favorites", EWU, Cal Poly, NAU. We should be third in attendance in the BSC behind Montana and Montana State.

Not bad especially compared to SJSU which is drawing an avg. of 9940 over 3 games. :thumb:
