This isn't the most accurate poll, but I think it is better than a couple that have come out from other publications other than TSN or ESPN, I guess TSN hasn't published a 2012 Poll yet. Other publications end up favoring specific regions, this happens frequently when polling FCS teams.

Yes, this is the final poll from 2011, but it also gives us a fairly good view of who will be good next year and who won't. Yes teams change quite a bit from one season to the next, but there are teams on the list who came on strong at the end of the season who are brining back a lot of personal. The Sky from top to bottom will be a tough league. I read on another site from a poster about how really good Big Sky teams will say at the end of the season, how are we 4-7. :? It is going to be a tough season.

If you have any other poll, please post.

Absolutely no love....

It's so nice not having to rely on polls to win the national championship. Also I like the consolidated polls...

It's true that most FCS teams can win their way to a championship. However, to get an 'at large' spot in the 16 team playoff, you still need to be thought of, highly, by the selection committee, and poles may influence them to a degree. :twocents:

Good thing that the tournament is 20 teams then, and soon to be 24...

HAHAHAHAHA... Whoever voted for Idaho State needs to get their heads examined. I wouldn't doubt if Catcat voted for them. I could see him doing something like that.

Maybe Paul Grua did, just to be funny. He is on the voting panel.

Its gotta be some Poky homers who voted for ISU. Kramer is a good coach, but he isn't a miracle worker.

It's probably the Bengals SID who gave them the votes. That's probably the case with the bottom 10-12 teams or so that all received a few points. I for one, did not vote for ISU. The only Big Sky teams who got my vote in the top 25 were MSU, Montana and EWU.
