The 2012 Sports Network FCS Preseason All American Team was announced last week. The Big Sky Conference had 13 players selected to the FCS Preseason All American Team.
Southern Utah - 4 players - QB, C, DT, G
Montana State - 3 players - DT, QB, LB
Eastern Washington - 2 players - WR
Portland State - 1 player - PK
Montana - 1 player - G
UC Davis - 1 player - C
Idaho State- 1 player - WR
Interestingly, Southern Utah had more players selected to the FCS Preseason All American Team than any team from the Big Sky Conference and had more players selected than any other team in the FCS other than Sam Houston University (runner up in FCS Championship game) which had 5 players selected.
Congratulations to Rodrick Rumble as he was selected to the 2nd team.
