2013 Commitment

Not a lot of information in either site, but he could be a very good recruit for ISU. Ave. 14+ points his Jr. year. That should increase this year as a Sr. We'll look for more info on Scott. :)
 
This a fantastic, and refreshing, news. Under OB we were usually still recruiting in August for the upcoming season. Now we get a commitment in September from a player with a Big 10 offer already. Wow. I can't remember this kind of news ever with ISU basketball. This is how recruiting is supposed to happen. Early on it looks like Evans has us headed in the right direction. I'm actually cautiously optomistic about hoops right now.
 
Looks like he has pretty nice range, and is tall but skinny, almost seems like a 3/4 hybrid. Regardless, as bengalman said, a good sign that there is a commitment this early, where as it always seemed liked they were scrambling under O'Brien. He had an offer from Penn St and was scheduled for an official visit later this month, so he is a nice talent to land.
