Hill is saying and doing all the right things. There is an excitement around this team that hasn't been there for a while. All of that positive energy will be strongly tested as the games get going. I think that this staff will keep it going through adversity. That is truly what it takes to make it over the hump. They need to be consistent in their message and in their actions, through thick and thin.
