Thanks for posting that, I've been wondering about South Dakota State as they were really a good looking team and I think we missed their two best players when they were here.

I can not tell you (I could but I don't think I can reach the depths of appropriate emotion by writing it) how upset I still am about the losses to UVU and Utah State. I walked out of the Aggie game and thought they were a very mediocre team (I mean extremely mediocre!). I couldn't stand losing to them on our home court. And time has proved me correct, they are mediocre at best.

Apologies to bring it up, but it still really rankles me. This team should be 25-6, which might even be worth a step up a notch in seeding if we make the Dance.

Ranlkes me too. I will take it a step further. I really felt like our games at @SDSU and @North Dakota were the only games that I really felt were deserved losses. We let @Denver, N-BYU, @ISU and @ Idaho get away as well. We caught some bad breaks there was also some questionable coaching. We were in almost every game we played this year. 29-2 would have been epic, but it is what it is. We can't afford to have any slip ups now. I think our semi final and final games will be against teams we have lost to. I do feel like we are in the easier side of the bracket.

No apologies needed 'Utah Pirate', you are right on! It to me is unacceptable. The Coach Rahe defenders can argue that bad losses happen sometimes, but those two losses (+BYU) represents to me a repeating coaching weakness, or maybe it's not just on Randy, coaching weaknesses

And no, I'm not talking about getting rid of Coach Rahe, he's a overall good coach & he will be at Weber State as long as he wants to (probably until he decides to retire because I seriously doubt a bigger school will be interested in him). To a good share of posters on this forum, he has already accomplished a good job this year, 1st place in the BSC, regular season championship. From here on out, it's just icing on the cake.

Hope I'm wrong, but me and a few of my fellow friends/fans, aren't thinking any wins are likely in the NCAA or NIT, no matter what Coach Rahe's Wildcat team's seed is! :twocents:

I hate losing to the Aggies! It was one of the most upsetting nights of this season. I think they played out of their minds and were inspired by the David Collette issue and Rahe didn't let us run on them. However, to me, nothing compares with losing to UVU. I'm still mad and feel that the 2k Rahe earned for winning the conference, should be given back for losing to UVU. That loss was uncalled for. Missed freebies, the Rahe slow-down, not feeding Joel when their biggest guy left was 6-5, and Jeremy playing the point turning over the ball, all contributed to that loss. Wait come to think of it, that was why we also lost at ISU. Next season Rahe will have 3 legitimate PGs available. Jeremy should never run the offense.

Who is the third?

Hunter

OK. I can buy that. He could be the third option at the point if his shooting improves. I can see that happening. I can also see Jeremy staying the third option, when needed. Hopefully, we never get to the third option. We still need to recruit another point guard within the next two or three years. The biggest concerns for this summer and next year, is filling the shoes of Bolomboy and Hill. :twocents:
