The Hornets start the basketball season with a 95-86 win over Utah State in Logan. First opening season road win since 1992 for the Hornet program.

Off and running and shooting and running ans shooting again for the Hornets.

Another exciting season is underway.

hornets go down big to Vilanova scoring only 54 points. Cannot recall a time in many years when our Hornets scored only 54.

A nice opening season win at Utah State on the road , a close loss to New Mexico State and a loss to New Mexico (both on the road) and then a one point loss to USF at home before today at the Cal tourney.

Do expect the Hornets to turn things around coming up.

The high scoring Hornets came back to life today scoring 99 points. Unfortunately Cal scored 117.

But nice to see the Hornets back on track on offense.!!
