Pieces of the puzzle still in place for the Cats.
Offense:
QB - Jadrian Clark JR/Billy Green JR (I've heard that Leckington Soph and Bradshaw RFR could both compete for the starting job)
RB - Zach Smith JR (Eric Wilkes Soph had a lot of carries and will be better)
TE - Helam Heimuli JR/Cody Mckague JR (Raphael Longangu Soph could make a push for getting starters mins)
WR - Drew Batchelor Soph
WR - Cameron Livingston JR
WR - Darryl Denby Soph (Kamana Kaimikaua SR could start at anytime too)
OL - Justin Turner SR, AJ Wilcox JR, Shane Oliverson SR, Joe Hawkins SR, Cameron Young JR, Tui Chricton JR, and Tyron Brown JR will all be back. Along with Max Curtis JR, Mike Cisneros Soph, who saw some time this past season. Next Baron Bruce RFR, Ismael Betancourt RFR, and Nick Giles RFR will all be available. Duncan Farnsworth should be back from his mission. More line depth is desperately needed, but I feel really good about where our OL is at right now. We will have 5-6 highly experienced lineman back.
Defense:
OT - Jake Gallegos JR, McKay Murphy JR, Likio Pope Soph, and Rayshawn Henderson Soph is a great place to start
DE - Adam Lewis Soph and Justin Carlson SR. I've heard transfer Vince Coleman SR is a really good player and should start next season.
LB - The Cats lose no one, but will have Alema Key Soph and Emmett Tela Soph back from injury. This might be the Cats strongest area next season. Luke King SR, Felix Woods JR, Roman Valenzuela SR also will be back.
DB - Taron Johnson Soph and Cordero Dixon SR (this is one area of the field that needs immediate help)
S - Mitch Tulane Soph and Josh Burton JR (Jawain Harrison played a lot as a freshman)
P - Blake O'Neil SR
PK - Josh Kealamakia SR
As Wildcat fans, with added depth, we should be somewhat excited about this team. Our LBs could really be dangerous next year.
