Well, the boys are back from break and Spring conditioning has officially started. Can't wait till the open practices and scrimmages to see who's put in the hard work in the offseason. There's definitely been some maturing and work put in by the team this winter.

We had way too many preseason injuries that were detrimental to our success last year. Everyone is out to showcase their skills and make their mark on the 2 deep, but let's keep it clean and keep your teammates health in your best interest. Losing guys like Scooby, Rasheed, Skyler and others to pre/early season injuries was a kick in the nuts and impacted our entire season. Let's keep everyone healthy this year!! I'm so ready for football! #GoBengals :thumb:

Tacoma5 - I have heard GREAT reports of the culture, great reports of film study and positional unit meetings, great reports of QB's/WR's/TE's throwing sessions, great reports of the voluntary weight room activity and voluntary conditioning activity during winter and early month of march. Very disappointed to see Coach Phenice leave tho. Oh well like u said it's a business, players need to move on and handle business. Coaches coach and players play
