Excellent, can't wait to hear it! Especially since there wasn't a wrap up edition at the end of last season, it just felt "incomplete" after the playoff loss.JB94 said:Latest episode of Stingers Up is available. https://sactownsports.com/category/podcast_player/?a=7de6c5a9-81f9-4406-9937-94179a5fc9f9&n=Stingers%20Up%20-%20The%20Sacramento%20State%20Football%20Podcast%20with%20Jason%20Ross&i=1593

Said Troy Taylor turned down other opportunities to stay at Sac State, that it "took Stanford" to get him to leave. Orr said Taylor was in talks for the position weeks in advance, had good open contact with Bernard Muir (Stanford AD), so departure wasn't a surprise and he was ready to hire the replacement right away.
Andy Thompson turned down other Big Sky HC opportunities to stay at Sac State with TT and the core.

Orr says we are happy at FCS level, but are maintaining awareness of the FBS landscape.
