brad was a fun player to watch for those of us that had the chance back then. would have been pretty cool to see him all 4 yrs at wsu. he played 2 yrs at byu hawaii if i remember correctly. he is proof that anything is possible with hard work. he would have loved playing for rahe and he would have been rahe's favorite player.

I loved watching Brad play...he had two of the greatest plays in school history.

1. He hit the three pointer that capped an amazing Weber State comeback, at home, over USU; 67-64 2001-02 (he almost did it again the following year, after the refs and the Aggie scorers table had totally screwed Weber over, there are still 3.5 seconds left in that game!!).

2. He stole the ball away from Alvin Snow, turned around and hit a 30' three point shot to help Weber hold onto a decisive win, and to preserve Weber's perfect Big Sky record in 2003.

Also, if you ever saw him at the Pie he would by your table a round of drinks. He is a classy guy, I wish him the best at Eastern Utah.

That 3 that Barton hit against USU with the time running out is still one of my all time favorite moments in Weber State Basketball history. Talk about the crowd bringing the house down!! Also, just to remind everyone, he was (is?) a serious diabetic who drank a coke before each game.

That game against EWU was the one where the cheerleaders, specifically the rallymen, got banished from Cheney. Supposedly after the game, Weber's cheerleaders ran onto the floor and started jumpin celebrating at the center.
