I'm sure glad Rahe doesn't play in one of the statistically worst conferences in the country or this W/L record would Look terrible.
Good thing Weber has him on the cheap & doesn't pay him 4-5 times other Big Sky coaches salaries.

At least Rahe doesn't have the best fan base, home attendance numbers, Arena, or school support and resources or this wouldn't be the best look.
 
Coaching is more than having your guys play hard. Or trying really really hard. Motivating your guys to fight, scratch, claw and play their tails off is not a coaching scheme. Sticking "with the process" when it's seriously flawed is insane. The stubbornness and inability to be an adapter, draw up different plays, mix it up, strategize, coaching schemes defensively and offensively & adapt in game on the fly is not in Rahe's reportoie. He's convinced himself and others that what he does works, & it works so well that he's sticking to it no matter what. Insane.
