Odesaa finished the season 28-5, losing in the NJCAA national tournament to CSI, who finished 31-6 and is the national runner-up.

Odessa had 3 guards who averaged double figures -- one who committed to West Virginia of the Big 12, one who committed to Missouri State of the Missouri Valley, and one who committed to St. John's of the Big East.

Odessa College Individual State

Rivals listed Jones as a 3 star recruit coming out of high school, but from what I gather from searching online, his grades (i.e. ACT score) scared a lot of schools away. Tim Floyd of UTEP offered him, but he sat the first year to focus on grades...

Looks like a nice complement to the current roster, which is short on bigs. Last I heard ISU was still waiting on an NCAA ruling on Ingram’s petition, and waiting for Legardy to retake the ACT. I’m told the Bengals have a backup plan if Legardy fails to get eligible.

Would have loved to had Kyle back but I must say two degrees in three years is a very nice accomplishment. That’s a young man who took full advantage of his opportunities.

ISJ states...The Bengals have no open scholarships remaining for the upcoming season. Shouldn’t they have one more? I lost track.

By my count it depends on whether Legardy qualifies.
