A Call for Civility on the Forums

I was away for a few weeks and the forum has gone nuts. There are several things that I think need to be cleaned up.

Moderation - Moderation is kind of a free for all right now. Any mod can move any thread on any board. I think we need an administrator back in charge. What CatCat used to do before he became the cycling king. It is clear that personal opinions have gotten in the way moderating. I think that a thread doesn't get moved to the other category just because a mod doesn't agree with the opinion. I am sure that there is going to continue to be heated opinions about coach Rahe for the foreseeable future. We all need to be civil and respect each others points of view. Just because we are a mod it doesn't make our point of view any more important or right.

Multiple accounts and posters misrepresenting themselves - I understand that some of you have a basketball account and a football account. Although I don't personally choose to do that, I don't see it as a huge problem. What I do have a problem with is posters creating multiple accounts so it looks like more people agree with their opinion. If my personal opinions were truly in the way, I would delete, lock, and move a whole lot more threads.
I moved threads because there were several posters that requested the thread to be moved...NOT because it didn't fit my personal opinion.
Whatever anyone claims, I AM NOT RandomGuy nor have I ever met him. If you all dont want to believe me I really don't give a flying fuck.
