Aaron Corp

When I heard that Aaron Corp was transfering from USC, I was hoping that we had a small chance at getting him. Instead the kid is going 3,000 miles east to play at Richmond. He may have been bad at USC but I have little doubt he would have been a very good QB here.

I've been to UR, it's like an Ivy league of the south, plus they play great FB and are in the process of building a new football stadium.

It will be a nice on campus stadium, but it will only hold 8,000.

Depends on his future aspirations.
Great academic school and the campus is awesome in a very protected setting.

Not to mention they are a pretty good football school. They were ranked #4 this year in FCS before they were beat in the quarterfinals by Appalachian State.

And they won national championship in 2008.

If the rumors of Pete Carrol heading to Seattle are true, you will probably see quite a few more transfer out of USC this year. I wonder if any end up on Sac State or Cal Poly's rosters?

Highly doubt it but you never know...

Richmond’s coach left to go to U of Virginia. I think I read somewhere they lost a lot to graduation and many people speculating on CS.com that it will be hard for them to keep a high level of play with all they are losing.
