• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.
  • Hi Guest, want to participate in the discussions, keep track of read/unread posts and more? Create your free account and increase the benefits of your eGriz.com experience today!
  • Guest, do want an ad free experience on BigSkyFans.com among other benefits? Upgrade your account today!

Thanks for the continued support. Cheers!

FACILITY UPGRADES – Many supporters have asked me about various projects that we are working on. Currently, we have several, thanks to a combination of funding sources to help make them happen:
•Reese Court locker room project – This has been something that our department has had high on the list for many years for gender equity reasons and fortunately this is the biennium in which it will take place . In fact, the project is currently underway and is slated to be finished by January. This will positively affect volleyball, women’s basketball, soccer, golf, and both tennis programs.
•Reese Court seating project – We will be extracting the current “team bench side” bleachers, splitting them and re-installing them on the baselines. We will then install new collapsible seating on the “team bench side.” There are a couple different phases to this project and we are working through the logistics with our facilities department.
•We are also doing a number of “minor” projects at Roos, some of which include: The lower concession stand being painted and re-roofed; the upper portable ticket booths replaced with newer, nicer and more functional units; more wind screening around the fencing of the stadium; and speakers installed on the exterior of the Donor Suites and Media Center so that Larry Weir and Paul Sorensen can be heard throughout the upper concourse. And, finally, on game day there will be a new Coors Light Touchdown Club on the scoreboard side of the end zone. This will serve as our “club” area and in my opinion will become very popular. If you are interested in more details, please call our ticket office at 509-359-6059.

Until next month…

Best,

Bill
