AD Reduces Ticket Prices for Playoff Game

Tickets are for sale! Maybe this is an FCS wide thing, but I don’t think so…

Tickets are $5 for 3-17 and $10 for adults in all GA locations for the game on 12/4. A good start!

I think there’s an understanding that it’s close to finals and Christmas break, so there might be low student support.

Starting tix at $5 allows folks who’ve been intrigued to make the easy decision.

If it ends up being Causeway round 2, then the program won’t have trouble selling tix.

I'll be enjoying from the comforts of home (or a bar) unless the vax passport policy is removed.

Not buying the "close to Christmas" excuse as our game is a week after Thanksgiving and 3 weeks until Christmas, and a full week before finals. Also it's technically an NCAA event so students can't get in free. They'll probably do a cheap promo for students as well. Attendance has been atrocious since Nelsen's brilliant move on the vax passport policy.

I'll take the chance and order a ticket, perhaps two. I say "a chance" because there's a possibility that I could end up moving fairly soon. I've accepted a tentative Federal job offer down south. We're just waiting on background to go through before the official offer and a report date is issued. Much of my family is still in Lodi, though, so they're hoping that the report date will be after New Year's....

It is what it is. I’m going, never know when we might witness history…

I can get through the doors just fine, that's not the issue at all. I refuse to patron anyplace that implements such policies.

Congrats and good luck!

Thanks, SD. If this DOES go through, I will gladly drive to Cal Poly or to San Diego to watch them get cremated by my Hornets....

Finals week starts on the 13th (assignments usually due the week before)
Christmas/Winter break starts on the 18th

Hoping for a good turnout, but not expecting it. History is hard to come by for Football at Sac State, so I will definitely try my best to be there!

Some don’t learn from their mistakes. Hopefully this regime does.

If not for the stupid passport mandate, my wife and I would be going.

We’re not attending KINGS games for the same reason. Although I’ve heard they are pretty lax at G1C. In fact someone on Twitter was complaining the other day that they won’t go back to a KINGS game because they aren’t really enforcing the policy.

I was told by a ticket rep they don’t have the manpower to play mask police and you don’t have to actually bring a vax card but rather just produce a picture of it on your Smartphone.

I still won’t go.

Wife and I are only attending HS football games where that nonsense isn’t in effect. While I’d love to be there in person and support the program, principals and beliefs trump all.

But for those of you going, please make all the noise you can!
