Leading the way is 0-20 Western Kentucky who made the move up to the "big time." Littered behind them are a slew of Sun Belt, MAC, and yes, 2 WAC teams.
 
Sadly all those schools on that list probably draw about 65% more asses to the seats than FCS football in CA does.
