We get "NO RESPECT" Sometimes I think the individuals posting these polls, are bias towards some teams. We kicked Delaware, and other teams BUTT, we are still ranked #2. We to let our team decide it in the field. :thumb:

I noticed that the information on Andru Pulu was out, so I didn't need to make any post about him. I noticed on the Roster as Aug 3, 11, some of the players are not listed on this roster. Spoke with Coach Baldwin on Thursday, he said some of the names now missing, will be Props 48. Jared Walker, transfer from WSU, may not play, he is having problems with his lower back.Dominic Sheppard, is out for this year, he violated some NCAA Rules. He will be able to work out with the team, even with his suspension, he will have 1 year left. I wish him the best of luck. :thumb: Pulu will have 2 years left, don't know if he will be able to work out with the team.

New Players are due in today, Aug 8th, rest of team will be reporting tomorrow, Aug 9th.
Off The Subject:
Next Tuesday morning, Aug. 16th,@ 06:30am, I will be checking into Sacred Heart Medical Center Doctors Building, this will be an overnight stay. I will be going in for recharge of my Defiliberator. I have had it now 5 years 5 days, time to make sure the batteries will be for another 5 years. I am putting everything in the hands of our "GREAT FATHER IN HEAVEN", He will bring me through this again.  Time for Bed. Vic Wallace

We'll be praying for you, Vic. We've never met, but my graduating student thinks the world of you and your family. Can't wait for the UW game, and hope to bump into you there.

To All,
Thank you very much for all those kind words. This time next week I will either be "HIGH" or sleeping. ;) My check in time have been changed from 06:30 am, to 08:30 am. It will be an overnight stay.

Today I went out to see the team get their conditioning in. They went for one hour. All the practices our team have done, surely make them look like they are ready for Football. The Recruits did their workouts this am. I didn't make that one. The Recruits were there observing the rest of the team doing their thing.

The only Recuits that was not there were, Nelson Fishback, Shaquille Hill, Coach B. stated that they are waiting for Clearing House to get their grades. Isaah Davis, Tevin Williams are in the same catagory. Those young men coming in to play, are some "BIG, "BIG" young men. David Delgado is one of the biggest I have seen, he was in the wings of Renard Williams, Delgado is a DL, he said he will be playng Tackle. Coach also stated all one a day practices will be on the grass Field. That field really lookd great.

All practices will be @ 3p.m. I met the following Recruits. Vernon Adams, QB,TJ. Boatright,TE,Jason Boyce, WR,Zach Chapman, DE, Cassidy Curtis,OL,Jay Deines,OL,David Delgado, DL, Jordan Ellisen, OL, Quincey Forte, RB, Cody Hecker, RB, Cody McCarty, LB, Jimmy Pavel, K/P, Jordan Talley, RB, Jordan Tonani, DB ?. All very respectable young men to have conversations with. Will be there tomorrow again. Go Eagles!!!!! Vic Wallace p.s. Saw Bo Schuetzle, J.C. Agen, both of those men had surgery earlier this year, they both said they feels great and ready to go. There no one out with injuries, so far. Take care. Vic Wallace

Hi Vic,

I enjoyed meeting you and learning about the team. I couldn't believe how much you knew about the team and every player out there including the incoming freshman. I didn't see you before I flew home. I'll tell you what those freshman running backs could see some playing time this year. I'll be looking forward to following you here to get updates. Greg

baldingeagle,
I saw you yesterday, Sunday. We were sitting in the shade, when you came and sat in the chair. We called you, but the team was having so much fun, you couldn't hear us. It was a pleasure meeting and talking with you.

I went out today, the 1st day of two practices a day, I taught of you and knew you had left for California.

Nelson and Vernon look great today in practice. I didn't stay very long, we left about 4:30pm, the team was supposed to finish at 4:45 pm. Those two young men, Nelson and Vernon, I think will be really competing for the Quarter Back Position next year. What I saw was how Cory Mitchell is coming along with the WR, he is going to be a great WR for the team. He didn't miss any passes thrown to him today.

As you can see, our team is in "Winning Condiition", and in "OUTSTANDING CONDITION", thanks to the Summer Workouts. Well this time tomorrow night I will probarbly sleeping. My surgery is tomorrow, I have to report at 08:30am. Should be a short surgery, which will be removing my Metronic Defiliberator, and replacing it with another one. Life span for the batteries are 5 - 7 years, I would have mine 5 years 5 days.

Hope I can make it to the scrimmage on Saturday 20th. I will check with my Doctor. We are going to have an Outstanding Team again. I saw today one of the Polls have us as #1, and App. State #2. What else, we are the Champions, until such time that we loses a game, we should remain in the #1 Position. :thumb: :thumb: Again, nice to have met you, and hope to see you back for some of the games. We just have 4 home games, so it will be a quick turnaround for you.    Take care. Go Eagles!!!!!Vic Wallace

 Best user name, ever. And welcome to the board!

Thank you Ranger.I just want to check in to see if anyone has heard from Vic. I know his surgery was minor, but it's still surgery. I'm looking forward to reading your take after the scrimmage. I still think at least one of the freshman runningbacks will be traveling with the team this season.

baldingeagle, and ALL Bloggers,
I got through my surgery ok. "Our Father In Heaven" guided my Doctor Hands, and all that participated in my surgery. I got a bad lead in the 1st Deflib, 5 years ago, she did replace that along with another Deflib. Hope I am good for another years. :thumb: :thumb: Life span for the batteries are 4-6 years. :thumb: :thumb:

All the prayers did help. I cannot drive until I go back for my visit, which is Aug 23rd, so the practices are out for a while. I will be at the Scrimmage today, my friend Neal Gmeiner will pick me and my daughter up for the Scrimmage at noon. We will go to watch the Volley Ball Team in Reese Court against Alumni,at 1pm, then to the Scrimmage. I haven't made a practice since Aug 15th, and I am getting Kind of ancy. The surgery took about 1-1/2hrs, compared to 5 hours 5 years ago. My only problem is now a "Damn Stiff Neck", from the way I watched TV in the Hospital  I am feeling great, hope it continues for along time.

Two of the young men Recruits, Jordan Talley and Quincey Forte, I think will make the team. Both of them looked great in practice both are RBs.

Last Practice I attended, David Delgado was pulling a sled around attempting to strengthen his legs. He is a very smooth young man for his weight. IMO,I think he will be Renard Williams replacement. Another to look for is #96, Zach Chapman, DL, he looked good in all the practices I have seen. All I have been doing since I got home on the 17th, is sleeping, so here I am at 04:44am. Never mind, I will go back and get some more Shut Eye. Hope to see some of you today at the Scrimmage. Be 8-) , Good morning. Go Eags!!!!!Vic

Vic;
Glad to hear all went well with your procedure. Am trying to make it out to practice myself today so hope to see you there.

To All,
I had my 1 week visit to my Dr. yesterday, everything is going great. I feel like a "Million Dollars", never had that much money, but just wishing. ;) I cannot drive until Friday, so I will just have to take it for the betterment of my "HEALTH".

I did make the Scrimmage on Saturday, thanks to my friend Neal Gmeiner, he got me to the game and home safely.  The two young recruits I have been braging about, came through, #22 Quincey Forte, #27 Jordan Talley. Hope Cody McCarthy, injury is not bad, he is going to be a great LB. I noticed how he filled out his #55. Should they stay healthy, I think Forte/Talley,will make the team. I haven't been saying much about our defense, maybe I am taking them for granted? They will be very hard to push around. Zach Chapman #96, will be a beast on the DL, along with David Gaylord, Jerry Ceja, Will Katao #65, Dexter Moetului #95,Renard Williams #98, Anthony Larry #99, David Delgado #58, Evan Day #64,Ashton Boothroyd #69, Evan Cook #56, and more. I have seen all of the Defensive personnel practice, those names stick in my mind. Of course, should all stay healthy.

I saw where someone was worried about our CB/DB, I am not worried about any of them, they will be as good as they were last year, or better. Players like Allan Brown #2,Ronald Baines #24,(converted fm RB Pos.) Scott Burgett #13, (Con fm QB) Jeff Minnerly #7,(con fm QB),Johnson Twins #5/10, Billy Lechtenberg #20, etc. Our Line Backers will be back in force, ready to hit whomever they can. Got to go rest this left arm. Go Eagles.!!!!! Friday cannot come fast enough. Vic Wallace, p.s. Watch # 14 Vernon Adams, and #17 Nelson Fishback, those two QBacks look great in practice. Next year can't come fast enough for both of them. Also great young men to talk to, as the entire team. :thumb: :thumb: :thumb: End of my book. Vic

nwray1,
Thanks for your prayers along with others. Also thanks for the kind words from your graduating student and yourself. I hope everything goes well for your graduating student, and your family. We have very "OUTSTANDING" Fans on this blog, people we will never meet, however, everyone are so respectable to what we have to say about our respective teams. This is what make us great "CARING FANS".

I am sorry to say, I haven't traveled with any of the teams since 2004, and I will not be going to UW,Mont., etc, I will stay at home and watch the away games that is televised, and listen to the "Greatest Radio Broadcaster" on the radio, "LARRY WEIR". I haven't heard anyone better than Larry as yet, and I have been listening for some time. Take care. Your Friend. Vic Wallace
