I am confused. Does this kid graduate in 2015, or is he a late scholarship offer?

Edit: After watching the video, I noticed he is listed as "Junior". So, I guess since conversation is dry this time of year, we can just discuss this kid.

Yeah, it is interesting. However, this quarterback likely would only be a sophomore by the time Vernon graduates. Likely, the coaches are just planning far into the future and this could looks like he could develop into something great. Those throws were incredibly impressive. I wouldn't be surprised if he was pulled into an FBS school, though.

we have a lot of good qbs on the roster as well as the freshman coming in this fall is supposed to be very good. I'm surprised we have an early offer out to a qb as well.

By the time this kid become a sophomore and used his redshirt, there would only be four quarterbacks on the roster. He would be competing for the spot. It seems to me as if the coaches are just doing a good job planning ahead.

Montana just offered this kid as well.

Reloading vs rebuilding is an ongoing procsess in which we need depth, especially at the skill positions.

If this guy signs, he's most likely a redshirt Freshman when VA is a Senior. Not a bad guy to learn the ropes from.
