After back to back 2-9 seasons any change is welcome. At this point we really have nothing else to lose. Sears name is on the bottom line, it's on him to put together a staff to produce wins, I hope it works. One issue I see is that quality assistants may be reluctant to sign on with a head coach that appears to hanging by a thread. I hope I'm wrong!
