Antoine Custer Update?

Spokesman said back injury, and that it was minor. Hoping that’s the case! Even if it’s not, we have some incredible running backs who can handle things until he is 100%!
 
I know the coaches don’t talk about injuries but does anyone have an idea of when Custer might play?
 
We haven’t heard anything other than what was published in the SR. He could “possibly” play against NAU but it’s not a sure thing. I have confidence in our other backs if he can’t go.
 
I wonder if Custer will redshirt?

Under the new rules, he can still play in four games. Maybe just use him when he's most needed and give him a few games off?
