I listened and watched most of the EWU-Nevada game. Jones was close to unstoppable but their QB Mitchell was missing wide open receivers all night. EWU was in the game until a costly fumble by a receiver let Nevada seal the victory in the middle of the 4th quarter. It’s hard to get a read of their defense due to the tricky and potent offense Nevada has but EWU looks like they will make some noise again this year. If Mitchell can’t get it together, the key to beating EWU will be to contain Jones and limit any damage he may inflict…I don’t think it is possible to shut him down…
