I know Football attendance isn't one of Weber's strongest points but I thought it would be interesting to see how Weber's attendance has changed over the last 6 seasons (including this season). I have gathered the attendance info from our 2011 season on to this season. (Please note that our current season's attendance could possibly change, it is not out of the realm of possibilities that we can host a playoff game should we get in).

It's easy to see that we have had one of our better attendance years in recent time. From last year total attendance went up 11,156 fans for the season and our average went up 2,231 fans a game. Yes those numbers aren't the best and Im sure the nice weather this year had something to do with it but I am encouraged. If this program can continue to have winning seasons, continue to challenge for a Big Sky title and make the playoffs more often there is no reason to believe those numbers cant grow. There is a new feeling in the air around Weber State football. Hopefully things can continue to rise under Hill and his staff's tenure. Two straight winning seasons after 4 straight losing seasons. I like it.
