Basketball in Utah

Pretty impressive statistics. All of the Big 4 teams have quite the basketball tradition. Even though they have struggled somewhat over the past few years, the Utes have the most impressive resume. I still think that Dr. Hill's firing of Ray Gia was an absolutely awful move on his part and is the biggest reason behind the Utes sudden basketball issues. If the Utes really want to succeed the best thing to do would be to fire Dr. Hill. Anyway, not only Utah but the Y, Ags and especially our beloved Cats all have impressive resumes.

The State of Utah is without a doubt a basketball state, even SUU and UVU had what success they had from basketball.
