They pulled it off gang, beating the biggest, baddest team in the conference today 75-69.

What an effort from a bunch of kids that are growing and starting to figure it out.

Apiphany was unstoppable, Jaz Lemon missed a double-double by one rebound! (That's right...she had nine of them). They overcame Grace fouling out, UND clawing back to tie the game late and still got it done. Becca made a huge twisting layup, Megan (with four fouls) stole the ball near the end, Anna Lee had a big block down the stretch, they shot free throws very well. I'm just saying these kids are growing up fast and are trying to close in on a post season spot.

Next week they play a Weber State team that isn't a joke anymore. Game is in Ogden, not that far away. Tip time is 2PM.

If you have the chance COME ON DOWN for that one. This is a big game, kids and coaches would appreciate the support.

Weber doesn't draw well. Getting a bunch of ISU fans down there can only help.

Just something to think about because this team is representing Southeast Idaho very well yet again.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable win. I love the way this team is coming together. Woods put together back to back outstanding games against two of the best players in the league: Strange and LLoyd. She should be Big Sky player of the week. Lemon had an awesome week. And Kenyon contributes in so many ways. Seton and his staff have done a tremendous job.

There are future stars on this team in Hochstein and Kenyon. Woods is the real deal right now. It will be fun watching how this team of freshmen and sophomores grow up. Go Bengals!

Woods rightfully shares this week's Player of the Week honors:
