Pocatello, ID --- Kenny McGowen, the leading scorer for the College of the Sequioas last season, has been signed to a letter-of-intent and will join Idaho State men's basketball for the 2010-11 season, said ISU head coach Joe O'Brien. McGowen's signing brings ISU's total to three, as he joins Brandon Glanz of Las Vegas Coronado High School and Andre' Hatchett of Tucson Santa Rita.
