Best D and O lines in Sac State history?

Best Dline by far I believe. The line with Big Jon Kirksey (look him up kids, he was a BEAST) was good, but not this good.

O line is right there with the Hammerheads of the Charles Roberts era.

P.S. I can't believe this is really happening

P.P.S. If I could chop up all these salty comments and inject them into my veins I would...

Interesting questions.

The only knock on the offensive line I can come up with is that they’re not running the ball terribly well via traditional runs with the RB’s.

Pass protection has been phenomenal. But much of the successful runs have come via the QB read option with Thomson keeping it.

But aside from that, the line has been fantastic. But I couldn’t rank them above the Hammerheads with regard to run blocking.

Defensively, they’ve been pretty good on the whole. Stout against the run for the most part. And getting good pressure with 4 at times.

Weren't most of these players recruited and developed by Paul Wolff? TT has done an awesome job of getting the most out of what he had when he came in Jan 1.

I remember Jon Kirksey, they had to weigh him at a truck stop scale. No kidding.
He was a man among boys.
