Currently there are 2 former Weber State players in the NBA

Lance Allred WSU class of 2005 on the Cleveland Cavs
Eddie Gill WSU class of 2000 on the Seattle Sonics

EWU of course has Rodney Stuckey on the Detroit Pistons who is tearing it up as a rookie.

Anyone notice how Ime's numbers have gone up this month? He's getting 12-15 minutes and scoring 8-12. He may be on the bench, but they're using him a lot. Definitely a success story.

EDIT- oops, I answered a question I "thought" I read... but it's still good stuff.

I'm having to go to Wikipedia. Therefore, please take with grains of salt.

Made the roster with the IBA Fargo-Moorhead Beez in 2000, then made a couple NBDL (now D-League) rosters, bounced for a spell with the Lakers and Knicks and Europe and back, then made the roster with the Blazers. Heck of a story, no?

BTW, Allred spent most of the last two years with the Idaho Stampede in the D-League before getting a callup earlier this month. Earned his way to the all-star game this year. Just saying.
