Montana should be in with 8 D1 wins.
Eastern Washington should be in with 8 D1 wins.
Northern Arizona should be in with 8 D1 wins.
Southern Utah may get in with 7 D1 wins.
And if Montana State can beat Montana they could get in too. As of now they have 6 D1 wins. The brawl of the wild should be an interesting game. No other game is meaningful as far as post season is concerned this next weekend.

I could be wrong on this... But EWU has the auto-bid locked up. Everything after that is just speculation.

The people who pick the at larges for the playoffs are gonna have quite a quandry on thier hands, Eastern has clinched the automatic bid, but after that you have 4 more Big Sky Teams that might be playoff eligible, If MSU beats Montana of course,

Will the selection comitee take all 4 or will someone be left out? I remember last year NAU was 8-3 with wins @ UNLV and @ Montana, and did not get an at-large bid, I have a feeling one of the four teams will get that treatment this year, and methinks it will either be the loser of the NAU/SUU game or MSU if they lose to Montana.

East-coast bias seems to always weigh heavily into these decisions, and it's almost a certainty that at least one deserving Big Sky team will be left out.

EWU gets the 3rd overall seed and a first round bye.
Montana gets the 8th overall seed and a first round bye.
NAU (first playoff appearance since 2003) will host South Dakota St in the first round.
SUU (first playoff appearance in school history) will go on the road and face Sam Houston St

EWU will play the winner of the NAU vs SD St game. Montana will play the winner of Bethune Cookman vs Coastal Carolina.

Congrats to all schools and good luck. Bring another home for the Big Sky. :thumb:
