Link is posted below. The author puts PSU in the mid-tier, but at the bottom. He says PSU's win vs. Montana was more a product of Montana playing awful and Woods having the game of his life, and has the Vikings below ISU, MSU, and NAU so far. Thoughts?

Looks like Montana may be working their way into the mid-tier with a second loss in a row and heading to UNC this weekend.
