Weber did end the conference season 5-5 on the road. It wasn't pretty, and yes there probably should have been two more W's from the road (don't even get me started about last Saturday's game at the Dee), but that is exactly what you want to do in conference road trips. Split and if you can win both. I think this is the first season under Rahe where the Cats didn't get at least one sweep on the road. Oh well, the Cats won the conference and we are hosting the tourny. You all got your tickets for next weekend?? We are Weber!!!

Three losses in OT out of the 6 overall conference losses. Not terrible. If we had a press break and could score against a zone, it might not have been three losses in OT either. UGH!!

By the way...SUCK IT BENGALHATER... :coffee: :coffee: :coffee: :coffee: :coffee: :coffee: :coffee: :coffee:

We'll take it. But most years, 5-5 on the road would not be enough to lock up the conference title. :|

True. This year we were lucky to get the championship. Really though Weber only got beat twice in Missoula and also, in Greeley. PSU...a little more in the first half, Weber probably pulls out the W. Weber got back into the game, but the magic green board at the Stott helped preserve the Vikings early lead. I still can't believe the conference allows them to have that board on when an away team is going towards it.

That screen is criminal. But hey, they have to compensate for playing in a high school gym with no fan-filled stands behind the baskets right? ;-)

no one else had 5 away wins
2 teams went 9-1 at home but the conf tourney only takes place on one court.

need to get it done and take full advantage of 2 games in 2 days since we dont have to play 3 in 3.
