I find it very interesting that we are not first in a single category. How far can you go in the playoffs if you are not dominating in some categories?
 
This stat isn't kept here, but at one time we had the best kickoff coverage unit in the country. Since that time, we have only had one return of any significance given up, and plenty more stops inside the 20.
 
Haha, well I'm sure if we had played a couple division two teams before the regular season, we would be contending in at least a few of them. If you click the blue "Big sky conference leader" you can see how each team performed. We are usually around 3rd or fourth in every category. Other teams keep bouncing up and down (with the exception of Montana State). I think the fact that we are not one dimensional gives us more edge.

Also, in 2010 we lead very few categories, smaller categories. I believe the Big Sky was weaker then, so we may or may not have won even those categories if we had the same team as 2010.
