I felt like some football so I watched some Big Sky TV replay of the Weber game does anyone know if ISU broadcasts in HD. I ask because the picture is distorted horribly. I tried to adjust the resolution no luck. I watched a NAU broadcast and the problem was corrected. Is it possible to broadcast in HD if we don't?

I know that NAU televises all of their events in HD. Spent a million dollars two years ago on upgrading all of their equipment according to Cindy Catizone the director for television services.

I don't know if that was because a lot of their games are shown on Fox Sports Arizona or not.

That's really a sweet, sweet set up they have down there.

NAU has it's own TV station/channel. Dish Network carried it nationally for years (but dropped it a year or two back). I'm not sure if DirecTV carries it or not, but I believe it's still available over the air and on cable in northern Arizona. They still stream live, 24/7. You can watch their spring game tomorrow...

DirecTV no longer carries NAU-TV on its system but again that could be because more and more NAU games are now being shown on Fox Sports Arizona (which is carried by both DirecTV and Dish Network)

IS it possible for ISU do we have the equipment ? I think that we need to work on our broadcast. It got better by the end of the year but we can always improve.

At the end of the basketball season isu was broadcasting in high definition. They should be all set to broadcast in HD for football next season. There were major improvements in the big Sky broadcasts from the beginning of the school year to the end. Let's hope that continues into next season
