BigSky Games Week 10

Kupp's not playing today, so thought I would knock this out.

Besides Eastern @ UNC only three games matter when it comes to winning the BigSky Conference. Weber, ISU and UC Davis are facing off against the bottom of the conference, but miracles can happen. It's a weird week.

Sact St @ Weber -- The beginning of wisdom is knowing that you know nothing... I've got no idea what Sac St is about so expect nothing from them in this one. Weber seems to be improving on offense so this one should be a blowout Weber...

Bengals @ Vikes -- PSU looks improved but Portland isn't a home field advantage. ISU has good balance but Tanner isn't the most accurate passer out there so looking for a couple of picks in this one. My upset pick of the week. PSU

NAU @ UC Davis -- A lot of talent wasted at NAU. UC Davis breathes sigh of relief to be home after huge comeback against Griz. UC Davis

'Stangs @ Cats -- Maybe this is an upset in a near coin flip game. Cats have more talent, but are mind freaked. Going Stangs in the mild upset

UND @ Idaho -- UND

Grizzled @ Thunderbirds -- Can Hauck get the team back after last weekends debacle? Honestly, the debacle started when he brought Sneed with him. Nothing against the young man, but they had a QB with moxie and Hauck showed little understanding of the team chemistry. Am sure there is a lot more too it. SUU in a mild upset.

Southern Utah is awful. I have a very hard time thinking they beat Montana. I know the Griz aren't too good, but Southern Utah looks a lot worse.

Sac St @ Weber St - Not much needs to be said here.

ISU @ PSU - Don’t think that PSU has the firepower on offense to keep up.

NAU @ UC Davis - Down to their #3 QB at this point, NAU is going to get wrecked in this one.

Cal Poly @ MSU - Cal Poly’s run defense is horrible. MSU will run wild.

UND @ Idaho - Idaho will probably lose their final 3 games. They close with Florida. :lol:

UM @ SUU - Both teams are bad. But how bad would it be for Montana to lose to SUU? Probably won’t happen.

Weber beats Sac st 26-14...

UC Davis up 21 in 1st qtr v. NAU

NAU is on a drive to maybe close the gap some before the half.

Idaho just scored a go-ahead TD against UND with about 20 seconds left in the game.

Not sure if anyone saw the final score, but Idaho beat UND. That’s good for us. When it comes to playoff discussions it’d really help our case if some of these teams we’ve already played finish strong. An Idaho win over UND helps. It’d also be good if MSU won out and looks like a bubble playoff team.

And ISU pulled out a close one over PSU. The Sky is shaping up to have another co-champion season. Assuming the Eagles win out we would be tied with Weber if Weber beats ISU last game. If ISU wins we are tied with them as co-champs.
As far as seeding goes if Weber wins out they are probably seeded ahead of us due to head to head. If we beat #3 Cal Davis we are tied with them with one conf. loss.
The next two weeks will be interesting in the BSC.
