Some good games should tell us more about the league... Still too many pretenders. Eastern is the cream of the Sky until it isn't. Go Eags :D

Sac St @ Mont Coin flip Both 2-1 Despite Griz loss last week, their defense numbers are good. Can they stop a familiar looking (Wulff runs it) Sac St offense? Griz have the edge at home

Bengays @ UND.. UND with big win last week at SHSU, maybe they let down; I doubt it.

Bobcats @ PSU Cats have a good to great defense, offense just needs a reasonable showing. Cats

SUU @ NAU NAU no matter who QB's. SUU's schedule has beaten them down, elevation and a good NAU team get back on track

Idaho @ UC Davis Probably UC Davis, but an Idaho win wouldn't entirely surprise in this week 4 contest. UC Davis at home in the early evening fog.

UNC @ Weber Weber. OK, I just don't like the Bears. They have played teams close, expect Weber to win at home in a close contest.

Idaho State beats the Souix in North Dakota.

UC Davis is being the Big Sky's welcoming committee for Idaho. Hope they pour it on.

Watched a quarter of the Idaho v UC Davis... Not sure what to think about either team. Idaho looks big and slow, so does UC Davis. The difference UC Davis looks like they believe. Know I thought Idaho would be better, assuming they don't come back to make this at least respectable, not sure which way they go. UC Davis will keep winning and could be scary, but we get them on the Inferno and hope it's cold enough to throw them off in November. Could be for the BSC. Long way to go yet.

edit: watched Idaho's Jerome Bettis type back, he's scary and would be unbelievable if he missed a meal or two
 
Keys to this game... Eastern only 3 penalties was HUGE. Only gave up `1 TO. Penalties create so many behind the sticks issues, glad they kept the flags in their pockets and Eastern played with some discipline. Let's roll

Davis 44 Idaho 14 with about 2 minutes left in the game.
 
Really glad UC Davis kicked Idaho's teeth in. For years, they thought themselves too big for the Big Sky and many of them thought they would immediately be a playoff team because they were dropping down. The disrespect. Hope that was enough to knock them off their high horse.
