Eastern Washington 4-0
Montana State 4-0
Montana 3-0
Cal Poly 3-1
Northern Arizona 2-1
Idaho State 2-1
Portland State 1-2
North Dakota 1-2
Sacramento State 1-3
Northern Colorado 1-3
Southern Utah 1-3
Weber State 0-3
UC Davis 0-4

I'm relatively new to the Bigsky and I'm not use to playing conference teams as a nonconference game.
Specifically Montana State. We beat them but they are right there with us at 4-0. Things could get real interesting if they win out and I wouldn't be surprised if they beat the Grizz this year.
Remaining games for the Montana schools:
MONTANA
Oct 25 @ Cal Poly
Nov 1 vs Sacramento St
Nov 8 @ E Washington
Nov 15 @ Southern Utah
Nov 22 vs Montana State

MONTANA STATE
Oct 25 BYE
Nov 1 @ Cal Poly
Nov 8 vs Portland State
Nov 15 vs Idaho State
Nov 22 @ Montana

If both EWU and Montana St win out, we will get the autobid and higher seed in the playoffs.

This. A couple of years ago, we had the same record as MSU (shared BSC title), but got the autobid due to the HTH against them. Slightly different scenario, but the HTH will always be the decider when comparing records of teams with the same conference record.

Anyway, yes...a little early to be talking about the playoffs, but it's still always fun to conjecture. We make it through the next couple of games unscathed, and I really like our chances to win out. I think VA will be back for the Montana game, but who knows.

With MSU at 4-0 we can't afford to stumble and this game against NAU has me worried! I don't want to be in a position where we're praying for a MSU loss. Good bye Bigsky title, good bye 1st round bye, good bye home field advantage! This NAU game is looking bigger all the time! Glad its on Root sports for us west siders.

I see three games each that the Montana schools might struggle to get a win, the way they've been playing. Not saying we've been waxing our opponents either, but the only tough game I see left on our schedule is UM, and maybe PSU if VA isn't back.

From the above schedule for both Montana schools, they both travel to Cal Poly in the next 2 weeks. You'd think at worst CP would at least get a split. And then the 2 Montana schools play each other to end the BSC regular season. Plus EWU still gets Griz at home. It all looks pretty good for the Eags, just win out though and everything will take care of itself.

Exactly what I was worried about. That win against Montana State means nothing. Now we have to hope they loose but if Eags can't win out it won't matter.
