Is BJ Porter's back still bothering him? He was part of the rotation after Lillard went down but as of late he has not played that much. Even aginst montana state he only got in with 2 minutes left, which to me doesnt make sense because he played against BYU (his block was sweet) so just curious if anyone knows why he isnt in the rotation as much as before

I would like to know to, my dad and I were talking about that, we were wondering if his back was still really bothering him. We would also like to see Davis play more to.

When he got in the game, he looked a little stiff. Not sure if it was his back. Ability and desire to play outstanding defense and rebound is what wins playing time. Randy went from rotating 5 guards and wings to only using 4. BJ was the 5th and Blake was the 6th. To get more playing time he would have to beat out one of the starters, (LH,SB,KB), or the primary substitute (JR). He just happens to be the next guy. We probably wouldn't have seen him as much as we have if Lillard hadn't gone down.

I'm just assuming, but I think Rahe is just shortening his rotation. It seems like he has always played about an 8 man rotation. Porter might just be the odd man out.

Bummer.I was impressed with what i saw from him when he has played. It it tough to have a big rotation so its understandable. Hopefully he sticks it out so that he and the others will play together next year
