Bleacher Report Mid Major Top 25

Huh?? UM at 15...Yeah that proves this guy hasn't done his research. UM is going to be good, but not the best.

Will Cherry is great, but unfortunately for Grizz fans, he isn't the best PG in the league. He is definitely the second best, and probably the best defensive guard in the league. Until he can develop an outside shoot he won't be #1, even then it will be tough for him. Selvig?!? I've never been thoroughly impressed. I think with Qvale in the offense, it made Selvig look that much better. Kareem Jamaar will be improved, and will get his points. Right now, he is their best outside shooting threat. To me their biggest question mark is their bench. It isn't deep, and they don't have a proven outside threat. With Qvale gone, the Grizz will have a huge hole in their defense. Ward, Hutchinson, and Reader aren't Qvale, even together, the middle will be wide open this season. Personally, I don't consider Selvig a big. He thinks he is a guard. He won't, doesn't, and hasn't challenge anyone in the paint and without solid/consistent outside shooting the Grizz will struggle to open up their offense and spread the floor. Teams can pack the paint and force the Grizz to beat them from the perimeter. The Sky isn't a push over conference anymore. Even ISU, the cellar dweller will get some W's in conference play this season.

Take this article for what it is worth, which is nothing.

Thank You Bob, but I think everybody here recognizes Bleacherreport for what it is.

Always interesting to gauge things around the country no matter how irrelevant.
