Bleymaier Gets Contract Extension

Boise State AD Gene Bleymaier, who has been the AD at BSU since 1982, will get a five-year contract extension with approval of the State Board today. Bleymaier is the "glue" to the BSU program, having seen them through their Big Sky days to today's perennial national rankings. Continuity is a generally good, albeit rare, thing in intercollegiate athletics:
