Bone Head Plays and Losses

I started to let this go but I'm still fuming. A contributing reason we cannot fill this gym or get a new one built is LOSSES. If one of our leaders gonna make a bone headed play at the end of a game it will permeate thru the body of this team. Negative or Positive leadership will get followed by the rest. This time I'm referring to Dickson running up the guy's back. Who wants to pay to see that crap. Bone Headed plays wiping out good a performance leading to another loss...

I hope Katz get his point across early. I hope we have some guys who have a Winning Time attitude and know how to close the door on opponents, especially at home. I hope we get mean enough to rebound consistently. None of that was there this past weekend. A lot of athleticism, not a lot of heart.

Well said and I couldn’t agree more. Let’s hope the Hornets turn it around and quickly. They cannot let these games against these types of opponents to slip through their hands.

Damn, you guys are harsh. One game does not a season make. While I agree, Dickson's play at the end was boneheaded, they were up by double digits in both the first and second halves. I think he does have winners on this team. I personally like what I saw being it was the first game for most of these guys against "D-1" competition. I liked the athleticism. They seemed to move the ball better on offense then they have in a few years. I think we could see some great improvement once these guys get some time together under their belts.

Let's cut them a little bit of slack.
