It's too bad he decided to transfer, from what I have heard he had a lot of potential. But it seems like this happens every year with a Freshman Qb. In 2011 we had Fishback come in and then transfer into a JC as well. I think sometimes once guys come in and see the talent levels they are competing against it may seem a little daunting. Either way, we will need a capable backup next season if Adams is the man, which I think he will be. Vitto will be a Senior and has a ton of experience in the program, even if he doesn't have a ton of actual game experience. And then the only other QB we have on the roster is Jordan West who from what I have heard has a lot of upside and is a pretty tall kid at 6'4".
I think we will bring someone in with this recruiting class, most likely a HS kid that can be developed, as most JC kids are looking to play right away and that probably won't happen with Adams at the helm.
