BRACKETOLOGY

As I was reading various bracketology predictions. I found it interesting in one (can't remember which one due to chemo brain or the fact that I'm just an old fart) that there is a possibility of a rematch of our epic upset of North Carolina?
Anyone else see this?

I haven't seen the bracket you speak of, but I honestly don't want Weber to have a rematch with North Carolina. I understand a loss wouldn't put a damper on the 1998-1999 team, but in the back of my mind I still like to think that the last time Weber played North Carolina, Weber won--I probably wouldn't be able to say that any longer if Weber played them again this year...

I looked at Weber's media guide, and they played North Carolina on a neutral court (Portland) on December 30, 1976. Weber lost 75-54. So Weber is tied with North Carolina all time...for now.

If we want Weber to get to a 14, 2 things need to happen to make that a possibility

UAB, and Hawaii lose their tournaments.

I believe UNC Wilmington ( 14 seed ) already won their Conf tournament so they are most likely a lock

The other 14 is South Dakota State who plays tonight vs NDSU for the Summit tourney championship, but I would think we Weber fans would want them to win since we beat the Jackrabbits earlier this year.
